Bumped my knee

So yesterday when I was on the elliptical I bummed my knee on the damn thing which I will do at least once and it never hurts. Well this time I did it, it still didn't hurt but about 2-3 hours later it started hurting to bend it. I can walk fine but obviously when I bend it it gets tight and hurts. Just wondering what anyone opinions on this are or if I should go to the doctor. I also posted this cause I've had 8 surgery's, bad breaks, knee dislocations, etc and I don't want this to be some weird freak injury or something. Also it doesn't look bruised or swollen.

Things to consider: knee's not swollen or bruised. That's a good sign. Is it red or hot to the touch? Wait a few days and see if it's still sore. I think with your history, you're being a bit paranoid, but understandably so. You likely just bumped it and that's that.

Oh you're 100% right about being paranoid lol. But to answer your question it isn't red or hot to the touch so yea more or less maybe just did something really weird to it.
