Well, it looks like you have this thing nearly wrapped up, but I thought I'd throw in my 2 bits.

I typically avoid OCZ memory after having 2x1GB DDR2-667 Gold sticks fail to boot in 4 out of 6 motherboards I have tried it (and one of those only worked after a memory-specific BIOS update using cheap Kingston memory to boot for the flash). Instead, if you haven't already ordered, go for the Kingston N5 for $43 shipped.

One of the best values in motherboard I have found is the DFI BLOOD IRON P35-T2RL for $115 (P35/ICH9R chipset, DFI is known for packing in the most OC friendly BIOS options possible).

Cheap aftermarket cooler ($2 after MIR):

OCZ has been having very serious compatibility problems with their DDR2. Really bad ones. Thats why you find them so cheap, and with rebates. And why it failed on 4 out of 6 mobos for you.
I would stay away from them for DDR2.

I've had good luck with SuperTalent DDR2 RAM. The DDR2-667 5-5-5-15 RAM, will, with 2.0v, run at DDR2-800 4-4-4-12.

Mr r, i'd downgrade that 100 dollar 700watt ocz power supply to a 50 or 60 dollar 500watt antec or rosewill

I also run supertalent ddr2 800, and have heard bad news about the ocz ram. I bet you wont have a problem with it and 41 bucks is a good deal

glad to hear you upgraded to the 8800gt 512, thats what im using, and you're about to have 1 screaming machine.

cod1 2 3 & 4 will run with maxed out graphics at the highest resolutions. It looks like real life!
