Well, it looks like you have this thing nearly wrapped up, but I thought I'd throw in my 2 bits.
I typically avoid OCZ memory after having 2x1GB DDR2-667 Gold sticks fail to boot in 4 out of 6 motherboards I have tried it (and one of those only worked after a memory-specific BIOS update using cheap Kingston memory to boot for the flash). Instead, if you haven't already ordered, go for the Kingston N5 for $43 shipped.
One of the best values in motherboard I have found is the DFI BLOOD IRON P35-T2RL for $115 (P35/ICH9R chipset, DFI is known for packing in the most OC friendly BIOS options possible).
Cheap aftermarket cooler ($2 after MIR):
