Just had a red bean bubble tea tonight, and the place we normally go for them is getting their liquor license soon. My wife wondered aloud if you could use vodka rather than water to rehydrate the tapioca pearls. I can't see why not, but wanted to see if anyone at ATOT has ever tried, and if so how it turned out.
