Right now I am downloading the 2 FreeBSD 4.4 ISOs, and I need some suggetions and help on my attempt to install FreeBSD and use it as a server OS and dual boot it with my NT server. Right now I have an NT server that I use as a print serevr, data and MP3 server. I can access it with both my Windows boxes, a Linux box and BeOS box. I have had troubles getting the Linux box to mount a share at startup which was another forum topic I started so maybe this one will be fixed when I do this, I'm sure I am going to run into other problems though.
How should I go about doing this? Right now NT is running OK so I thought I would make another partition on the HDD with Partition magic to install BSD in then from there hopefully there will be some option to dual boot with the BSD install right? Once I get this installed, how hard is it going to be to get my other machines to see the BSD server shares, any opinions and suggestions on this would be appreciated, I know n0cmonkey will like the fact that someone is going to give BSD a shot, hehe.
