If my ass was on the line, I wouldn't just say it was consensual. I would say EXACTLY what happened. i.e. She came to my room to give me towels, we were flirting and kidding with each other, I asked her if she wanted to party... then we drank a little and we had consensual sex. Just saying "It was Consensual, and I am a famous NBA player" doesn't work for me. What also doesn't work for me is people saying they KNOW one way or the other. People can give their OPINION, but only TWO people REALLY know what happened. Until that date, all I am willing to do is give my opinion. My opinion is that I have some doubts that Kobe Bryant raped someone, BUT I DON'T KNOW. All I can say, is that until we find it, it is a little sad to assassinate her character from all angles. I, personally, do not like him, but look at it this way an "anonymous" woman whom you had sex with screams rape after the fact.
