The fact that he has the video really puts him in the drivers seat. He had lots of options. He could go the legal route and press charges (seems no different from people pissing in office coffee pots) or he could just sue her for damages. And since he was an unwilling recipient of what amounted to porn, she may have violated one or more state laws or city ordinances by distributing the video so send a copy to the local district attorney's office too.

Or he could opt to make her miserable. There are probably a number of people whom she would rather not know about the video. He could anonymously 'leak' copies of the video to her parents or her employer. Or maybe pay someone to secretly distribute copies of the video to the guests at her (future) wedding. Hell, he could encode to MPEG, dump it on the internet somewhere and watch her become an overnight star.
