Just upgraded from the FIOS 15mbps/2mbps plan to the FIOS 30mbps/5mbps plan. I am having problems finding a website that can test speeds up to 30mbps down with. Anyone else have similiar speeds and if so where do you test them? So far the best site has been speakeasy's speed test, but that only registers up to 25mbps down (does the upload fine). Thanks.

you are either:
A) a whinny A-hole for complaining that you can only verify that you have 25mbps instead of 30mbps
B) a bragging A-hole using this question as a poorly disguised reason to gloat.

Your own ISP probably has an unadvertised site where you can test your connection speed. Charter and Comcast both do, but you have to get the address from someone over the phone.

Post some links to speed tests.

Roadrunner speed test says 19.4mbps here in my university apartment, and I don't believe it.

Neither. The FIOS rep told me to search online for a speed test site to use (they normally use speakeasy) because they are not aware of one that can test the full 30mbps. So what better place to ask than here?

No reason really. I was getting the 15/2 FIOS service for 45.99 a month, and the 30/5 service is going for 54.99 per month in my area. So for $10 more a month why not?

Yeah I asked but they said they had nothing that could verify those speeds online, so suggested I search around for one.
