I really don't know or care about Britney's faith but there seem to be a few misconceptions regarding Baptists here. You are not born a Baptist, are not baptized as a Baptist while a baby, nor become one simply because your parents are Baptists. The only way to get baptized into the Baptist church is to make a public profession of faith. Once you do that then comes the part where they dunk you in the water as part of the baptism ritual. There are also an entire range of beliefs from the hard shell baptists that are very similar to the stereotypical fundamentalists ie no dancing, drinking etc to quite free thinking types that are not much different from other protestants.

one of my friends is actually friends with britney (cause they were on the mickey mouse club together) and she said that britney smokes, drinks and does drugs often. supposedly she has quite a thing for coke and ex. that's just an FYI by the way, personally i could care less what britney does with her life.

I don't need to. Think for a second. She was dating Justin Timberlake, a guy that can probably have just about any woman he wants. The relationship went on for quite a while. Justin's at that age where he wouldn't keep Britney around if she wasn't giving it up, he would have dumped her and porked some random fan girl hanging around.
