This is gonna make me sound like a simpleton but I think thats the core defining characteristic of a Nazi.
Belief that your race (usually six-foot, blue-eyed blondes of germanic descent) is the superior one and everyone else is a lesser creature.
Even American Nazi's believe that white, non-hebrew American born people are automatically superior.
Thats pretty much a classic example of racism.

If they dont believe that then they arent Nazi's, just militant extremists of some other mindset.
