have you seen all the tv shows about girls getting face lifts and breast implants. they look/feel like hell after they are done. but i guess if you think that your self-confidence would out weight the pain, and insurance covers it, i think i would do it. good luck.

How about just doing some pushups and building up the muscle?

'Cause there is no muscle.

Then how can you do pushups?

There are two parts too your pec muscle. I am missing the bigger part. Here is a picture: Muscle

Actually, the pectoralis minor is not the upper portion of the chest, the pectoralis major covers the entire chest and the development seen in the upper portion of the chest on bodybuilders has very little to do with the pectoralis minor...

Pectoralis minor is a very thin triangular shaped muscle (yes, even in the case of the bodybuilder in that link, it is thin) that connects to the 3-5 rib (counting from top)...

I am extremely impressed by the fact that you can actually perform pushups with only the pectoralis minor muscle present, most poland's syndrome patients has to work hard just to be able to lift their arms...

It is very common that the arm and/or fingers are also affected by polands syndrome, in fact, the description of polands syndrome is: absence or underdevelopment of chest muscles (pectoralis major, pectoralis minor) and abnormally short, webbed fingers or absence of middle phalanges.

You sound like a very unfortunate man, Poland's Syndrome, ADHD and lower back pain...

To my knowledge, people who have had breast implants (either because of Poland's Syndrome or gynecomastia) have had good results... i would go for it...

I'd make sure I talk to guys who have gotten it done first. Its different than women - no matter how good a job it is for a guy, its not going to improve your social life. ;)

But why would you worry that it would look funny if you got it done. Isn't this the reason peope have it done in the first place, because it looks better?

On another note, if you get it, do you have to have it replaced after like 10 years or something? That may be a setback if you don't have insurance then.
