So I hear that it's illegal to purchase or posses firearms if you've been dishonorably discharged from the military. I find that surprising.

Is that why he targeted his family? For forcing their religion on him or maybe, uh, because he had a whole lot of issues with his family? I'm sure this will be a bit clearer in the next couple of days, but then there will obviously be factions arrayed against making this clear. Alex Jones is lining up his strategy as we speak.

All it takes is one mass shooting involving a loved one and it goes from GUNS, I LOVE MY GUNS to HMMMM, MAYBE A LITTLE GUN CONTROL ISN'T SUCH A BAD THING AFTER ALL.
But it's too late, once again.

That's for people who want that. We used to have mental health facilities to care for those who could not function in society, but again Reagan ended all that. We now only have prisons, but those only come into play after the mentally ill commit a crime.

Guns can't possibly be the common factor in mass shootings. If they were I'm sure we as a nation of sensible people would have addressed it long ago.

I bet the blood was even dry before Hillary was tweeting about gun control. Even though in a recent attack in Nice, France saw more poeple killed and just as many injured that the Las Vegas shooting in about 1/2 the time using a truck as a weapon.
