Faisal Shahzad, 30, was arrested at JFK airport in New York late Monday as he prepared to board a flight to Dubai, United Arab Emirates, Holder said. However, a law enforcement source with knowledge of the investigation said Shahzad had already boarded the Dubai-bound flight before being arrested and was being questioned overnight.

Its my understand the suspect will be arraigned later today, I doubt he will be allowed to get bail, and I suspect our suspect will also lawyer up. And we all know the ole Miranda drill, you have a right to remain silent, and I suspect the suspect will. So until the person is actually tried in court, we will probably get little out of the suspect himself.

I also note the suspect is a naturalized US citizen, but if it can be proved he lied in his application, is it possible to then revoke his citizenship? I am not up enough on this legal subject to know for sure.
