The best protein full substance given by nature is egg. An egg consists of 6gms of protein. It should be taken according to your weight as per the consultation of the doctors. Or else you may have meat they also contain proteins
If you are having vitamin less breakfast you should have fruits and dry fruits in your breakfast.
Milk should be drink for calcium and one should drink 1/2 liters of milk everyday to remain fit and fine

Yeah, depending on the size of the egg, it's usually 6-7g of protein per each. And this is a stupid thread. There are a lot of options for healthy breakfast, particularly if you are an active individual. Eggs are good, but not for everybody nor do they need to be.

I'm unsure why this user/spam bot thought this was such a profound statement to make.

according to me one egg consists of 10 grms of protein. so if you are having two and a half egg you must be having 25 grms of protein. 🙂

I don't like eggs nor do I have time to cook them...will I die if I take a scoop of protein with milk? please advise.

no its good if you will take milk and a scoop of protein. you will definitely not die if you would have milk and eggs but if you do its good for health.
