Brag about the schools u got into here!!!

sauder school of business @ ubc ....last year

i would brag about it, except that none of you americans have a clue...gg canadian universities 🙁

I got into HARVARD!!!

Yep...walked right in, used the restroom in front of the admissions office, and walked out. Didn't get much out of it.

Gonna be applying for grad schools this time next year. Someone asked me what schools I'm gonna apply for. My answer:

"You know how when humans reproduce they have one child at a time and put a lot of attention into it? So if they want 3 kids, they give birth to three and put in the time with those three? Okay, now you know how some fish lay like, a million eggs, and hatch a million baby fish in the hopes that maybe 10 survive? I'm taking the fish approach to applying for grad schools." 🙂

Gonna apply to UofT, McGill, UCSB, UC Berkeley, U Chicago, UPenn, Princeton, Caltech, MIT, Cambridge, one or two in Sweden, a few in Germany, maybe Utrecht in the Netherlands... I'll prolly get a lot of rejections, but I'm gonna hope that one of the evaluators spills some pop on his desk and my application gets stuck to the bottom of some genius kid's on its way to the "got in" pile. 😀

wow!

Theres no way you would even know if you got into all those schools now since you can only apply early to one. The only people who have found out if they got in yet are the people who applied early or to a school with rolling admissions.

I got into Purdue (with a full merit scholarship too), but I am most likely not going to go there.

I applied early to Stanford and, unfortunately, I got deferred :'( , which isnt all that bad since they deny the vast majority early and I still get considered in regular admissions.
