ps "lamontburns", if that is your real name, if they didn't break a rule, its not cheating. Pretty cut and dry, you're right, I guess that is convenient. If the 1904 Chicago Cardinals threw a forward pass to win a game, they'd have cheated, because that was breaking a rule, even if its legal now. Conversely, if the 1992 Cowboys taped signals, it wasn't cheating, because it wasn't breaking a rule. Pretty simple logic if you ask me!

Send me a link then . The only one who can't handle the truth is you. ****ing cheating Cowgirls.

you can take it however you wanted. I publicly stated several times that I no longer care about what you have to say, you can take that however you wish, but you keep on arguing as if I did. Its a well known fact that Peyton Manning is a better quarterback than Tom Brady, and its a well known fact that the Patriots were busted for cheating and the Cowboys weren't.

5 rings sure feel good.

And yet, you still respond to me, so much for not caring! 2 of your head coaches admitted to it, GG OWNED. As far as your 'well known fact' that Manning is better than brady, the poll here says otherwise. I guess you need to teach ATOT of this 'well known fact'

P.S Peter King says Tony Romo leads the league in smiling in today's MMQB. That's the ONLY thing Romo will lead in. Brady > any and all cowturd QB's.

You still haven't noticed that I'm no longer arguing with you, just keeping you (and myself) occupied with empty posts? I guess this is a real argument to you, since I've actually dropped my posting quality to your level...so you didn't even notice. Sad.

I know it wasn't cheating for Jimmy Johnson to do that. Frankly, I don't care if you believe me. If it helps you sleep at night, by all means, think otherwise - I'd hate to shatter your image of Terrific Tom the Kitten Beater.

As for the poll, subtract Patriots and Colts fans. ATOT has maybe 2 Colts fans and maybe 700 Pats fans. I bet the poll would be pretty interesting if we did that.

BILL BILLECHEAT AND TOM CHEATRY - they should be banned from the league.

ps - even Jeff Garcia gets hotter girls than Tom Brady. He doesn't even like girls!

Lol, now you're delusional, it's always been illegal to use videocameras. They didn't just make it up

Poor poor deluded Deeko. Maybe you should go back to your Cowboys crackhouse and smoke up with Michael Irvin or something, leave the football to the real fans.

P.S. gg owned.

Irving also likes underage girls. Don't forget to include that
;)

Except you're arguing with me over the Cowgirls cheating. You KNOW jimmy johnson didn't cheat? LOL, oh man you're deluded now. You said you COULD give me a link, but you won't. Why is that? Oh that's right, because you live in a fantasy land. GG owned.

There are 700 patriots fans on this board? LOLOLOLOL!

I wonder how many of Babe Ruth's homeruns should be striken from the record books...considering a significant number of them would be scored "ground rule" doubles by today's rules (quotes to emphasize misnomer that is the accepted term "ground rule double," and nothing else)...

your logic is infantile. Of course, I would expect nothing more from a fan of "God's team."

I still dont get how they are "amazing quarterbacks" when they basically both have a great passing team around them...

Again with $60mil worth of recievers and 10 mins to throw from your Oline, even wrecks grossman could do well. (See Florida Gators)

Well folks, in 2 weeks we get our superbowl in Indy. There is no way around it, these
2 teams are head and shoulders above the rest of the league. Maybe some private
wagering (via PM of course) would help end the squabble. This should be an airiel
assault for the ages, I cant wait......GO PATS!!

Ryan Leaf was a Heisman candidate in college as well. Granted, the Chargers of the Leaf "era" are not the same Chargers of today, but college success does not translate directly to NFL success. Check Grossman's lack of ability on a very talented Bears team...

Manning had better stats in the game yesterday. Brady just has too many good receivers to throw to.

What game were you watching?? stats: Brady 21/32 255 yds 3td 2 int. Manning 16/27 225 yds 1 td 1int.
at least watch a game or go to ESPN before coming to a conclusion.

There are so close in terms of ability part of me makes thinks this debate is silly.

But, here we go:

Manning has the better arm. His ability to zip the ball into tight spaces in the defense is unmatched. His deep ball is also better. Manning shoulders a huge amount of the team's offensive strategy - he audibles on the line regularly and has full freedom to manage the team.

Brady is more clutch in big games. Manning is deadly, but I want the ball in Brady's hands if the game is on the line. The accuracy of his shorter throws is unmatched. Brady also does a better job of moving around the pocket, IMO. Brady is a very smart player and I think that if he had to, he could also call plays at the line very effectively. The Pats, however, don't use that system and therefore it's not really applicable to our comparison.

Both are surrounded by incredibly talented play-makers, good offensive lines. In most places of comparison, the difference that separates these two guys is so minute. Manning is also a great two minute quarterback. Brady also throws a nice deep ball (Manning's though, is better).

What I admire about Brady, however, is that he's won it with nobodies around him. He won his first superbowl with no dominant wideout. Consistently wideouts leave NE and are mediocre (Branch is a prime example). Manning has always been surrounded by talented guys. That isn't really a knock on Manning, but I think it shows how good Tom Brady is.

This post is rambling. My point is, if you think Manning is better than Brady is only a half-step behind. And vice-versa. These two guys are the best QBs in the league.

I did watch the game. The network put up a stat near the end of the game that had Manning leading the QB comparison handily. I was wrong, so fucking sue me. :|

What a bunch of dirty cheaters. We may never know if the Patriots were really a good team or not, Tom Brady might have been a pretty pedestrian postseason QB were he playing legit football, hell...they might have even put Drew Bledsoe back in!

and if you think I'm still arguing with you, you're really dense, and playing into my hands better than I ever could have expected. What's it like knowing that Quincy Carter was a more legitimate postseason QB than Tom Brady? At least Quincy Carter didn't steal signals...he just did drugs in the locker room.

When either Brady or Manning drops back to pass, it's magic. Both of these guys systematically pick apart defenses, make huge plays, and give their team a chance to win every single week. Look at what Manning did when he threw 49 touchdown passes. Incredible. Look at what Brady is doing this season. It's astounding.

I can't tell whether you're just having fun ragging on Brady and the Pats or if you believe that drivel, but these guys are basically interchangeable. Like I said before, each has a few stronger points, but the other guy is nipping at his heels.

As a football fan, I don't understand how you can do anything other than respect these two guys. And, while it's fun to argue who's 'better' the reality is you'd take either one and never, ever regret it. What makes this observation even more obvious is when you look at the rest of the league. These guys are basically in a class alone. Sometimes (barely) Carson Palmer looks like he has similar stuff, but in a week-in, week-out basis Manning / Brady or Brady / Manning are the two best guys out there.

Disrespect the franchise, the coaches, whatever, but don't doubt that the Patriot's 3 SBs are because of Tom Brady and don't doubt that the Colts incredibly success is due, almost entirely, to Peyton Manning.
