I am 32, if someone starts crap with me, how am I the punk for calling them out?

I guess it's actions like that that force you to go to movies alone.

Who does that?

The thing is also someone like me doesn't care if your wife, mother, kid, sick aunt is with you...if you piss me off I will come down hard. If you need something from me ask nice and I will comply 9 times out of 10. In a theatre one time I got there early and was alone....I am sitting near the middle and the theatre was hardly packed....well Joe Dirt comes in with his family entourage of almost all kids and apparently although there are other rows totally empty, they want to sit in mine....now where I was sitting didn't allow them to all to fit on the row. I didn't notice this or I would have just scooted down....however, next thing I know is joe dirt say "why the f**k you got to be a d**k and sit in the middle of the row? move your as$ to the end so my kids can sit down now!" (this is what I remember...) Well put it this way I sent his as$ flying and had to catch the movie later because I wasn't sticking around for the outcome when 10 kids went running to get 'the police' :) I've pulled similar moves at Disney a couple times too (where I always go to the end of a row) for various theme park nonsense people pull that should have just sent their wife and kids and stayed in their room with hotel porn.

Why don't you just die or something?

I am hardly an idiot, and definitely not a liar. I am also polite and expect politeness....if I don't get it then I am the worst d!ck you can imagine and I CAN BACK IT UP.

I have been surrounded by punks and if I can't get myself out of the area (I have to be there), I ask them to calm down or take it some place else....9 times out of 10 like I said, there is no problem....sometimes it gets heated, whatever...you deal with that.

I don't know why people think everyone on this board is a pencil-necked geek that doesn't get out. When I was out clubbing before I met my wife a couple years ago it was constant crap since I was 30 and the younger guys would get pissed when I was getting the action. I fought then also, I am not bragging, just stating facts. I get involved all the time in things I don't agree with that I see, my wife is always worried I am going to get shot/shot at (again).

whatever fools.

as tough as you think you are, theres always someone tougher just around the corner...i suspect you act like a tough guy around your wife..just like you accuse this guy of acting.

of course some liberal defense attorney will blame society, plea bargin and then get the kids off by age 21

Not to mention their records wiped clean since they were minors at the time.

Just round them up, put a bullet in them, take picture, place picture in all gang areas

I go to movies with people too...just alot of the films I like to see sometimes other people don't care for.....like Spawn when it came out.

My wife is a good sport though so I haven't seen a movie alone in a while, however since she works saturdays and I don't I am sure there will be a matinee or two I will catch.

I am not one of those people that think 'oh no I can't go somewhere alone!'

apparently if you have gotten shot or shot at you must have been caught slipping....so your not as tough or smart as your making yourself out to be

Er...

I thought you were more intelligent than this. Seriously... Come on now. This is just ridiculous. You can't seriously believe what is comming out of your head.

The kids were throwing eggs, and the guy tells them not to throw eggs around his daughter.. and they st@b him nearly to death? And you think that is OK or justified in some way? :Q WTF?

Explain yourself.

I said I wasn't siding with the kids and I don't think the stabbing was valid...however I am willing to bet the 'father' acted like a tough guy about it.
It doesen't matter.

If that isn't your position.... then what the hell is the point of your first post?

wrong, there is a time and a place for violence. but from your description of yourself, you probably don't know how to discern when you should and should not confront someone violently.

you see, i'm secure enough in myself that i don't care that you make allegations that i'm a passive aggressive. whether i am or not really makes much difference her. the question is you.

you talk about practically pushing someone down movie theatre stairs. you talk about confronting people voilently on a regular basis.

the way i've always seen it, the truly powerful or secure person doesn't have to go around proving it all the time. the truly secure person can handle situations WITHOUT resorting to violence, because in real life MOST people would rather avoid violence. you only get violence when both parties are too weak or too insecure.

I don't act tough and I also try to avoid confrontations that would put her in danger, but yes there have been two times some dumbass wanted to start crap...Once it was some guy in an elevator during a Yoko Ono thing that kept looking at my wife (then my girlfriend) and saying the guy should have shot her too and every other fvcking Jap. I asked him why was he looking at my girlfriend and saying that? I asked when does he wish her harmed? I then asked if he would like me to harm him and got right up to him as his wife or girlfriend was trying to get in the middle of us saying he didn't mean anything by it. The guy apoligized acted like he was 'just joking'.

I have also lost sometimes and have been shot at too, it's not bragging it's not a lie, but it shows that I have a certain things that are non-negotiable, when I feel intimidated or wronged that is one of them.

I can't say I have been beat to hell yet, but I have been hit with boards, sticks, some kind of can, held and punched in the body/face, etc. You don't always win, but that doesn't mean you don't stand up for yourself next time either.

so now tell me whats the difference between you standing up for your wife and this guy protecting his daughter?
so if your ass had gotten stabbed you would be at fault for being a tough guy?
