I just want to make sure it is out of the concrete so it isn't tacky/dirty forever.
The damp paper towel idea might work well.
Liquid surface tension / adhesion would wick some of it out of the concrete I bet.

I will scrub it with a brush after that.

Throw the floor in the washer and put it on Heavy Duty wash cycle with hot water, then on the delicates setting in the dryer for 45 min. Iron with lite starch.

Just found this...

http://www.epinions.com/msg/show_~threads/cat_id_~17/id_~10698/forum_id_~181

Several folks saying to use baking soda to absorb the bulk of it and then follow with vinegar. You can buy both in large sizes at Costco and probably Sam's too.

Edit: Better read the whole thread. Other's are saying the baking soda and vinegar advice is no good.

Might be too many conflicting opinions for this to be of any help. Hey, I tried...

Thanks everyone! I especially appreciate the suggestions for applying human waste.

:D

I looked at it this evening and parts of it have actually evaporated / soaked completely in, as the concrete is gray in those areas.
Some is still very tacky though. I will have to scrub it.
I didn't feel like messing with it tonight though.

WTF?! Be a man about it! Find some hot chicks in bikinis to come over and play slip and slide on the pavement as you wash them down and suds them up and drink beer.

It is sad what American men have become. "Hey, forum guys on the intarweb, can you help me stop being a little clothes washing girl for a few minutes?" I bet you fucking put that shit on Twatter or whatever the website is called too, didn't you?

Bucket of hot water, pour some out and use a scrub brush (deck brush if you have it), mop it up with towels (throw towels into washer as you soak them.) Keep repeating until you're satisfied or tired of scrubbing.

I had the EXACT same thing happen to me, basement and sudden crashing sound and everything. Only difference was mine was a giant bottle of Costco brand detergent. What a mess. I just wiped up as much as I could with paper towels and forgot about it.
