Right before bed... I hear a crash in the basement.
I go down to see that the Tide bottle had fallen from the dryer, onto the concrete floor.
It busted the cap off and there is a huge puddle on the floor.

I soaked up as much as I could with paper towels... but there is still a large blue spot about 3' in diameter.

How the hell can I get this out?
I don't care so much about a stain, I just don't want detergent embedded in the floor forever.

I'm too tired to mess with it anymore tonight.
Just trying to wash that stuff off my hands takes about 3min because its so concentrated.
I can't even imagine how I can get it out of porous concrete.

Dirt and oil would be the logical antidote to a dirt and oil stain removing product, right?

yeah... and it's a concrete floor

by the way op is talking, you'd think it was molecular acid and there will be a 3' hole in the concete by morning

Dude it's just soap on a concrete floor. Clean it up as best you can with water and move on with your life.

Sounds like you have gremlins in your basement. Better move the hell out.

Step 1. Places dirty clothes on the tide spot on the concrete.

Step 2. Dump a bucket of water on the clothes/stain.

Step 3. Use a broom stick to stir the clothes and wipe the stain with said clothes.

Step 4. Bask in your glory. You have just cleaned the stain and completed the laundry! You are now all that is man!

Is there a warning about possible damage to concrete on the label? If not sue them for $2,000,000 in damages
