Based on the size of the city and nearby population, it's even a greater tribute to the support that the teams receive in order to generate the revenues that they do to be competitive.

I always wondered what the fan ratio is like in Boston.
people in pretty much every New England state seems to identify with Boston teams, whereas NYC teams seem to be limited to NY, northern NJ, and southern CT.

That's the only thing that irritates me, they pretend like it's this David and Goliath thing, with tiny Boston going toe to toe with NY, but the market is pretty much all of New England.
Other than that, you have to give them their due, they have been the best sports city over the last 10 years.
But they still suck :biggrin:
14 million for New England, 18 million for NYCEven if you include all of New England, it's still 1/10 the population compared to NYC.
