Meh, they're not that bad. The last one ties up a LOT of loose ends though.

Books I'm currently reading

The Greeks: A history of Classical Greece by Drs. Morris and Powell

The Captain's Daughter by Alexandyr Pushkin

I have three books going right now.

Gangs of New York Herbert Asbury-- I was intrigued by the movie and stumbled on it while browsing in B&N, so I got it. It is so interesting, I'm reading it through for the second time. While the movie takes a lot of poetic license with the book, reading the book and seeing the movie really shows how much a genius Scorsese is.

The Art of War Sun Tsu -- I haven't started this yet. Of course, most of the book is modern analysis.

The Chronocles of Narnia C.S. Lewis -- Great light reading. Getting ready for the movie. Haven't read any of them until now.

Just finished the 5th book of Stephen King's Dark Tower series. (Wolves of the Calla). Was a bit depressed by the ending. I'm scared that it's heading towards a "it was all a dream!" ending. And I hear King actually writes himself as a character in the next book... oy... must hold out hope for the Master of Macabre.

After the DT series I'll probably read From a Buick 8, also by Stephen King. After that, I'll probably read Black House. After that I'll have to find a new series or something... anything to hold me for a year and a half until the last Harry Potter book comes out.

Finishing up Knife of Dreams. Up next: A Feast for Crows!

You'll like the feast of crows. But just know that not all of the characters are in it. It was getting too big so instead of cutting it in half he just put some characters in one book and the rest in the other.

In the Middle of Royal Assassin by Robin hobb. Pretty good book.
