Bone-in Ribeye steak $5/lb or Boneless ribeye $6/lb

JEDI

Lifer
Package of Bone-in ribeye @$5/lb contains TWO 1lb ribeyes.

for the bone-in ribeye, i have 2 bones which i have no use for. plus it's easier to eat w/o the bone.

Thus I think the boneless ribeye is a better value.

Aside from the meat weight/$ ratio, there's also flavor to consider. Some people like the meat around the bone, and if that's your thing go for the bone-in

If you are lazy, get boneless. In my limited exposure to Bone-In rib-eye, I felt it had a slightly more robust flavor. Although, this could have been due to many other factors such as quality of cut, marbleization, etc.

Me too. I don't want to slow down gobbling down the steak because of a bone. Plus what if that bone gets stuck in my throat, that'd be a bitch.

bone-in for taste; boneless for ease.
bones can weigh a bunch though, so you get more meat for your money in the boneless

BONE-IN!

by far the best steak ever (well one of the best). i always get the bone-in whenever i can.

Depends: is said steak on treadmill and are you looking to buy bulk? Depends on the weight ratio of bone to meat and amount purchase (bulk), we're missing a few variables here.

ATOT = fail.
