Okay, I'm 18 years old and I'm not really that super builded but I'd like to gain some muscle weight. I don't know how to start, where to look, etc... So I decided to ask here.
Where should I start? What should I read? What should I do as exercices and when should I do them? Should I take some supplements like Protein or Calorie drinks and stuff? What should I eat?
I'd like some links or personnal recommendations on what worked for you.
