How is the best way to get an accurate body fat %? I really should of been watching that a long time ago so I figure at the beginning of the year, Ill start tracking it, not my weight.
 
DEXA scans are probably the most reliable, followed by being submerged. If you can find someone that's good with calipers they can be pretty accurate. Impedance testing isn't always accurate but as long as it's done under the same circumstances every time it should give you a good idea as to whether or not you're losing fat.
 
From what I've seen and heard, the cheapest/easiest way to get a decently-accurate measurement is, as Pantlegz1 said, find someone who's well-practiced with calipers. If you live near a university and/or attend school, see about getting measured by a master's student in the kinesiology department. I remember back when I took a weightlifting class in college, their students would usually have already done a few hundred readings, and had to continue doing them for as long as they were enrolled as part of their degree program.
 
Probably not hard at all if you have a beaker that a full grown person can jump into.

That's trivially done in a bathtub. I'm not coming back to this thread, so you'll have to work out how to measure the volume change on your own. It's not difficult.
