So we was all together, watching The Blues Brothers for the eleventy millionth time and still laughing at it. One of us, a ~25ish woman had never seen it before. She is a Trekie, nerdy kind of person with little sense of humor. About 45 minutes into the car chase she blurts out "Like they need that many police cars!". It was alomst as good as the movie itself.

I have to agree Blues Brothers sucks. So does Monty Python & Rocky Horror Picture show. Those are all cult classics but terrible movies imho. I think some of this crap has been around so long that people are just attached to it.
