Stupid me I hit the treadmill with damp socks. Now I have a blister on my big toe, between it and the next one over.
The blister is clear, doesn't appear to be any blood.
So, whats best to do?

Should I pop it, disinfect, bandage.
Or should I hit the treadmill tomorrow, go as long as I can, and hope it pops, then disinfect and bandage?
Should I sit on my lard *ss until it heals?

I never pop mine. Even if you disinfect and such, it will take longer to heal and will be far more sensitive. Why do you have to sit on your ass? I've rowed with blisters on my hands from previous rowing. If it pops on it's own during the workout, not much you can do. No reason to stop though.

Unfortunately I only have a treadmill and where I live there is snow and ice all over so I can't run outside.
So I guess thats one vote for run despite the blister.

I always pop blisters and feel so much better afterwards. Well, pop is not exactly correct. Stab, drain, slap on a band-aid if necessary.

You should try to do exercises that don't irritate your foot. Can you go swimming or something else?

You probably shouldn't pop your blister. The fluid inside is usually sterile and in most cases just reabsorb safely over time. Breaking it can introduce bacteria into a damp environment possibly leading to infection. The fresh skin under the blister is usually soft and fragile and needs time to heal/develop which is what the blister and skin over that is for.

yep, stab with a needle, drain with a Kleenex, and put on the anti-bacteria ointment

Much better and faster than leaving it alone

I always build the foam donut around it and pad over the whole thing. It's awkward running with the lump of padding but at least you won't irritate the blister.

Yeah, I've found that doing this allows it to heal the fastest. I don't know the "best" way to do it, but this is the way I've always had to do it.

I couldn't find those but I found some from Dr. Scholls.
