Did you watch the whole thing? Including the part where she said "I really need to call for the military, and I should've started that the first call."? It seems *she* wasn't even clear with what she said.

What could be more clear than she was inept and didn't know the requirements when filling out her request to the president?

Or could it be that she knew what she was doing, as she'd done it the previous year, didn't make the proper request for personnel, and tried to hide that after the fact?

Now that dimwits are praising Bush for "sorta" accepting responsibility, why not give up the tired MO of trying to blame someone else for your failures. Everybody involved did their part to screw this pooch (and leave him in the toxic soup of LA to starve).

For people who talk about "loving America" they sure have no concept of the American Constitution, Bill of Rights, etc. Why not just make a national religion then and outlaw the rest? It follows from their logic.
