Everyone on XP Home, by default, has Administrator privileges and the User name is "Owner." If I know that, so does everyone else on the planet. Change the name and / or password your account. If anything, password it. NEVER have an account unprotected! EVER!

Even better, you could just leave the services alone before you fvck something up. Seriously I see no reason to disable any of the default Windows services. The performance gains are pretty much non-existant and if you disable the wrong service it could cause a lot of problems.
To actually go through all the services and disable what you think is uneeded for no performance gain at all is just a big waste of time.
