Supreme Court Justice John Roberts agrees to hear Obama birth case.

I'm not surprise you didn't update it, but for the record the Court denied this case. Berg's was also shot down.

Don't worry though, the tinfoil hat brigade has stockpiled their rolls of Reynold's Wrap and will be back soon. Many lulz will follow.

Of course i don't agree Keyes' assertion on Obama as a communist since obama is infact a fascist. Overall 90% of what Keyes says is spot on.

In this and everything else, if you find yourself agreeing with Alan Keyes, this should be a strong indication that you're wrong.

Link? Proof?
There's supposedly a partial transcript where after going through translators, his grandmother says yes when asked in passing if Obama was born in Kenya. Of course the full transcript reveals that when asked again in a more direct manner, she corrects her mistake and says he was born in the US.

Once again, Obama has released a copy of a government document that states that his city of birth was Honolulu. The copy serves as prima facie evidence of the fact of birth in any court proceeding. But not good enough for the tinfoil hat brigade.

I see.

IMO, it doesn't matter. Even IF he was born elsewhere, they could never find enough proof that would oust him as president.

Pick your battles, people.

By the way, i demand Alan Keyes run for office in a state where he has history. carpetbagging motherfucker calling out the POTUS on homeland?

Hell, Obama was actually born in a US state. McCain was born in Panama, and no one denies this.

Wrap your thin noodle around that one, Mr "defender of the constitution."

Gosh, that Obviously makes the people who hold a different perspective than you racists, perfect logic.

The 'birthers' aren't racists, they are just either really really stupid, or really really delusional.

BIRTHERS LOSE IN COURT.... The Birthers' latest case was not only thrown out, but the federal judge mocked the plaintiffs for being so foolish and wasting the judiciary's time.

"This case, if it were allowed to proceed, would deserve mention in one of those books that seek to prove that the law is foolish or that America has too many lawyers with not enough to do," U.S. District Judge James Robertson said in his written opinion.

...the judge called the plaintiff's attorneys "agents provocateurs" and described their local counsel as "a foot soldier in their crusade." Robertson ordered the lead counsel to prove why he hadn't violated court rules prohibiting frivolous and harassing lawsuits, and why he shouldn't have to pay the legal fees of the president's attorney.

Hopefully they'll stay down this time.

What our judge is telling us, is that the next damn fool who refiles a lawsuit like this may pay or a hefty fine for filing a frivolous lawsuit, or someone could wind up in jail
facing contempt of court charges, or get disbarred from the practice of law.

Anyone that misses that message is a damn fool, of course it will not stop the conspiracy theorists and the blogs, it just will end the hopes that it will ever be settled by the courts, even if we ignore the facts that this a totally faith based question like how many invisible angels can dance on the head of pin question that courts can't settle.

And since this is the final word, its time to put this 29 page thread to bed.
