BIRTHERS LOSE IN COURT.... The Birthers' latest case was not only thrown out, but the federal judge mocked the plaintiffs for being so foolish and wasting the judiciary's time.
"This case, if it were allowed to proceed, would deserve mention in one of those books that seek to prove that the law is foolish or that America has too many lawyers with not enough to do," U.S. District Judge James Robertson said in his written opinion.
...the judge called the plaintiff's attorneys "agents provocateurs" and described their local counsel as "a foot soldier in their crusade." Robertson ordered the lead counsel to prove why he hadn't violated court rules prohibiting frivolous and harassing lawsuits, and why he shouldn't have to pay the legal fees of the president's attorney.
Hopefully they'll stay down this time.

What our judge is telling us, is that
the next damn fool who refiles a lawsuit like this may pay or a hefty fine for filing a frivolous lawsuit, or someone
could wind up in jail
facing contempt of court charges,
or get disbarred from the practice of law.
Anyone that misses that message is a damn fool, of course it will not stop the conspiracy theorists and the blogs, it just will end the hopes that it will ever be settled by the courts, even if we ignore the facts that this a totally faith based question like how many invisible angels can dance on the head of pin question that courts can't settle.
And since this is the final word, its time to put this 29 page thread to bed.
