The topical point being, those who promote the diminished standing and vilification of a group, are societal enablers from not only social stigmatization and legal violations of civil rights, but through to that of the most extreme and violent crimes.

I'm not saying they are subhuman. I'm not saying to remove any of their rights, or treat them as lesser beings. I don't wish them harm. I'm simply saying what they're doing is wrong. Same as I also firmly believe that straight sex between two people who aren't married is also morally wrong. This again doesn't mean I devalue them as people.

You're taking everything and turning it on its head. You're taking something immoral and calling it moral, then calling me immoral for standing for morality. You're twisting everything.

Look at history and look at what happens to society when morality decays. Society gradually falls apart also. Sorry, but trying to redefine morality as immoral doesn't help your case.

I agree with the bolded, but there is morality and then there is morality. I absolutely believe that someone can be 100% homosexual and in other respects be a completely moral person, in a way that simply isn't possible for, say, a thief or a murderer. That's because the immorality of homosexuality was established not because of harm to other individuals, but because of harm to society. That harm no longer exists - no one can really argue the world needs more breeders or that homosexuality in and of itself harms a society with modern hygiene and medicine. (Coupled with promiscuity it's a different story of course, but that's true of heterosexuality as well. Look at AIDS in Africa and Asia and you'll see a predominantly heterosexual disease spread to epidemic proportion through heterosexual promiscuity.) Should I refrain from mixing grains or fibers? Should I not eat pork?

But in any case, I do not expect everyone to accept homosexuality. Nor do I really care. What one believes is immoral in the eyes of G-d should be between that individual and the deity. I DO care about government discrimination though; that should be abolished.

Your personal and violent meme of bigotry against Muslims is a well known and standing record at AnandTech. You trolled in an attempt to bring Muslims into discussion and only criticism against that religion. Your prejudice against Muslims is so strong, that you are so intellectually dishonest to present a biased vision of the world as though Muslims alone, have sects with a monopoly of bigotry against gays.
