Man, you are the only one who can do it. No one's going to do this for you, not even your wife. you especially don't want to put that burden on her, if you do you'll lose her.
I don't like the term "bi-polar", or any other label for that matter, because the automatic solution is to mask it with meds.

Usually I butt heads with this man, and personally, I hate running, but biking in the rain is awesome. Especially if you can find a rural road to bike on. This is one time when I'm giving a Thumbs up for JLGatsby.Originally posted by: JLGatsby
Honestly, jogging in the rain is one of the funnest things you can do.
Just run, run for miles, in the rain. Wear an old pair of shoes and some heavy clothing.
I jog, bike, and walk in the rain all the time.

Well what is it hen you cry for stupid or no reason, are paranoid people are talking about you, lack of motivation, would rather die than to continue feeeling the way you do, have racing thoughts and in the past self mutliation. I do have a shrink, am seeing a counselour again and am starting to go back to a group but the feeelings are so controlling sometimes its reallly hard to understand.

Therapy is better than medication (in most situations, though there are some [i.e. schizophrenia] where it is not). It changes brain chemistry in the same ways as medication, sometimes better than medication.

DO NOT suggest going off meds!!! Therapy in conjuction with meds is good, with a gradual decline in meds as prescribed by your doctor.
Get out there and run!!! Have fun... Enjoy the peacefulness of the rain on your face. Fill your lungs with the crisp air. Good luck!
