Sad for his friends and family I’m sure, so they have my sympathies.

He spent millions and millions of dollars in various attempts to keep food, shelter, and medical care from those who need it most though so... yeah. He was a bad person.

People don't get executed for differences of political opinion. They get executed for murdering people. Da fuq?
capital punishment is political, it really is not a deterrent. states that don't have the death penalty tend to have a lower murder than states that do.

Yeah, it's his political opinion that causes people to celebrate his death. Definitely not the huge amount of money he spent to turn America into the shithole country it is.

I think we should probably do away with it as well. But make no mistake, those people are sentenced for the laws they broke, for the lives they took. The sentence is not political.

America is a shithole? What are you not able to achieve here? It is stunningly easy to make yourself a successful life here.

I'm not sure why liberals are dancing. Sounds like he was more inline with the liberal agenda to me. The only difference is he wasn't onboard with global warming and was critical of obama, but otherwise sounds like any other liberal. If someone wants to educate me on why he's a bad guy, let me know. I don't watch the news or political shows, etc. In fact, I don't even have a TV... So I may miss many things.

Political views

Koch considered himself a social liberal,[20] who supported women's right to choose,[21] gay rights, same-sex marriage and stem-cell research.[2][22] He opposed the war on drugs.[23] Koch supported policies that promote individual liberty and free market principles, and supported reducing government spending.[24] Koch supported a non-interventionist foreign policy; "Pursuing a very aggressive foreign policy," he said, "is an extremely expensive endeavor for the U.S. government. The cost of maintaining a huge military force abroad is gigantic. It's so big it puts a severe strain on the U.S. economy, creating economic hardships here at home."[25] Koch opposed the Iraq War, saying that the war has "cost a lot of money and it's taken so many American lives", and "I question whether that was the right thing to do. In hindsight that looks like it was not a good policy".[18] In an impromptu interview with the blog ThinkProgress, he was quoted as saying he would like the new Republican Congress to "cut the hell out of spending, balance the budget, reduce regulations, and support business."[26] He was against the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act and the Dodd–Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act.[27] He was skeptical about anthropogenic global warming. He has said a warmer planet would be good because "Earth will be able to support enormously more people because a far greater land area will be available to produce food".[27]
Koch had many thoughts on several of President Obama's policies. An article from the Weekly Standard, detailing the "left's obsession" with the Koch brothers, quotes Koch stating that Obama is "the most radical president we've ever had as a nation ... and has done more damage to the free enterprise system and long-term prosperity than any president we've ever had."[28] Koch said that Obama's father's economic socialism, practiced in Kenya, explains why Obama has "sort of antibusiness and anti-free enterprise" influences.[18] Koch said that Obama is "scary", a "hardcore socialist" who is "marvelous at pretending to be something other than that."[29] Koch contributed to both Republicans and Democrats in 2012, with the majority of his contributions going to Republican candidates.[30]

it is when a DA promotes his conviction rate/sentences as a campaign point.

The guys was for pot legalization and pro-LGBT rights in 1980. But, people here are lead by propaganda, not facts.

It isn't about achievement. It is about the inordinate amount of shit human beings that think a failed businessman, D-reel reality TV personality, and lifelong grifter makes a good President.

And I'd be right there with you if the bottom line was that we were not doing well with him as POTUS. But, we are doing well.

Because if you look at what he centered his political activities on instead of what he claimed to support you would see that he overwhelmingly supported politicians who were against the right to choose, gay rights, same sex marriage, and stem cell research. Actions speak louder than words.

Also that last sentence is a DOOZY. While it is technically true that he contributed to both Republicans and Democrats, here's what they meant when they said the 'majority' of his contributions went to Republicans. lol. This is from Wiki's own cited source and honestly someone should change that sentence. Look at this and tell me how much he cared about the right to choose or gay rights.

You don't know the difference between doing well and not doing well. You have to cherry-pick certain statistics and completely ignore other contradictory evidence, as well as falsely assume that many of the good statistics are a result of something Trump has done, just to pretend the economy is good. And of course, there are a lot more things to grade a President on other than the economy that you have to ignore as well. But please, do carry on.
