He didn't have to certify bin Laden, he needed certification of Afghanistan as a target before he could go on the offensive there. Bush is a moron and sh|tty liar, why do you believe his lies?

You say share the blame, but then each of your post seems turn into a bush tirade...so your objectivity is certainly suspect to me.

And who was talking isolationism?

Not you but certainly plenty of others who seem to think its a solution.

edit: Why are you hung up on my name? It's been my goddamn name since way before W got in office. It is an old email handle that is basically an abbreviation of "get a hold of or get in contact with Bush" - me And then it became an AT screen name.I told you once but I guess i'll have to break out the paper and crayons for you. You are so fvcking asinine.

You told me your last name was bush and did not answer the first name part.
I suspect you already had the paper and crayons out.

Oh and Bush and his administartion are a bunch of asshats. There is my political objectiveness for you. Give me a break.

There at least you are being honest now, that your just another raving I hate Bush lunatic.
I may be asinine, but at least I can spell administration.
If you want a break, Go to McDonalds.

My father is a republican who thinks bush is the worst president he has seen in his lifetime, as I have already posted... I guess I'll have to go tell him that he is a raving i hate bush lunatic now!

for daniel49

Ya, there are a lot of people voicing their dislike for the current administration right now aren't there? It's probably random right? A majority of Americans disapprove of Bush right now. Is it your argument anyone who strongly criticizes Bush is by definition not objective? Good luck with that.

Why should I tell you my first name you fvcking stalker. It is inconsequential. Ok here it is, my full name is Fvck Off Bush. There ya go. Look me up and pay me a visit. Do it at night with forcible entry into my home. I would love that, seriously.

You are asinine, and I make typos. Deal with it.

Oh and by the way, my first and last name were both in my profile, which was visible until 5 minutes ago you doofus.

I've seen more of the world than you, and probably most in this thread. Why don't you try crafting a cohesive argument instead of lodging personal attacks?

And what exactly does the "Bible Belt" have to do with this discussion?

Pabster I couldn't give a sh|t less what you type anymore. Go ahead and ignore everything I have posted or ever will post. It will be mutual.

Hehe, Fox does a hit job and then continues the hit job with comments on the hit job. Just legitimate questions, no right wing conspiracy to take the focus off Bush and put it on Clinton.

As expected. I wasn't holding my breath for any logic from you.

Umm, you are still posting while ignoring my response? Funny... I thought you watched the interview... so AGAIN, why did you claim that Clinton is unwilling to admit mistakes when he did so multiple times and even wanted the 9/11 commision to make his mistakes public? Why comment in this thread when you haven't actually seen the interview!?

And yet you have the audacity to claim OTHER people don't have logic!

I've seen the interview multiple times, and read the full transcript several times over.

Clinton didn't admit much of anything. Most of the interview was him blaming all his troubles on "Bush and his neocons" and "the right wingers" and accusing Wallace of being a "hit man".

PS, where are the "War Plans"?

Do you want me to quote where he said he made mistakes and that he wanted the commission to make his mistakes public? YOU seem unwilling to admit that YOU made a mistake and never watched the interview!

P.S. I have no idea about war plans, I never brought it up, and have nothing to answer it with... what's with this obsession? What does this have to do with your false claim that Clinton didn't admit mistakes?-which is what my response was all about.

PS, where are bin Laden, the WMDs, $317 billion tax dollars, the lives of 3000 soldiers, and my local national guard unit?

Pabster:

The guy still refuses to admit the mistakes he made and accept responsibility for the incompetence of both himself and those he surrounded himself with (Reno, Berger, et al.)

Let's quote some of Clinton admitting mistakes:

"MR. WALLACE: Do you think you did enough, sir?

PRESIDENT CLINTON: No, because I didn't get him."

Clinton: "I actually talked to the 9/11 commission for four hours, Chris. And I told them the mistakes I thought I made. And I urged them to make those mistakes public, because I thought none of us had been perfect."

Yep, clinton definitely did not admit mistakes! Good point Pabster!

Bro, I've got to stop you there "where are the war plans?" dude, the 9-11 commission totally admits to them exisiting:

Here?s what the 9/11 Commission Report has to say about it:

"As the Clinton administration drew to a close, Clarke and his staff developed a policy paper of their own [which] incorporated the CIA?s new ideas from the Blue Sky memo, and posed several near-term policy options. Clarke and his staff proposed a goal to ?roll back? al Qaeda over a period of three to five years ?[including] covert aid to the Northern Alliance, covert aid to Uzbekistan, and renewed Predator flights in March 2001. A sentence called for military action to destroy al Qaeda command-and control targets and infrastructure and Taliban military and command assets. The paper also expressed concern about the presence of al Qaeda operatives in the United States.? [p. 197]

Clarke, who also worked for the Bush administration, wrote Condoleezza Rice a memo as soon as the Bush administration took office, stating, ?[W]e urgently need?a Principals level review of the al Qida network.? His request was denied.

So if you've got your copy of the report out, feel free to flip to page 197

You can cut the 9/11 Commission crap right out. These buffoons are a joke. Tom Keane has admitted previously that they were supplied with a copy of Clinton's infamous audio recording where he states that the Sudanese were ready to take UBL in to custody, but that he "had no legal authority" and "begged the Saudis to take him". Yet somehow they threw that info under the rug and surmise that "There is no information to suggest Clinton missed any opportunities to bring UBL to justice..."

As well, Dick Clark makes no mention of any "War Plans" in his rather infamous book, which is why I was surprised to hear Clinton suggesting people to read it. Perhaps he knows the typical kool-aid drinker hasn't read it and won't, and for sure the MSM isn't going to check up on any facts.

Hey, who's been President for the past 6 years???

Looking at your rhetoric I would swear Clinton is still the President.

Have anything good to say about the guy who has been President for the past 6 years???

Since everyone is comparing Bush to Clinton just look at this one FACT.

Clinton during his presidency never lost the amount of same-party support as Bush has during his tenure. The Amount of Repubs flat out going against him now is FAR greater than the number of Dems speaking out against Clinton during his tenure.

And before some neo-nut-job tells me I have my facts wrong, i don't.

Good job cherry picking a couple choice lines. RawStory, DU, or TP?

Let's look a little closer.

--Transcript Excerpt--

CLINTON: But at least I tried. That?s the difference in me and some, including all the right-wingers who are attacking me now. They ridiculed me for trying. They had eight months to try. They did not try. I tried.

So I tried and failed. When I failed, I left a comprehensive anti-terror strategy and the best guy in the country, Dick Clarke, who got demoted.

So you did Fox?s bidding on this show. You did your nice little conservative hit job on me. What I want to know is?

--End Excerpt--

In just this small snippet one can see Clinton trying to defuse blame and muddy the waters like always.

Clinton sees fit to continue to come in to the spotlight, to criticize Bush and his administration, and to discuss his administration. That makes all of the discussion relevant.
