hmmm... haven't thought of pricematching...
but the thing is, it's k-mart store closeout deal only
that means, only closing k-marts are selling gamecube at this price
plus, they don't really have a flier or anything for me to use to pricematch to different stores ....

sanjose is around 30 minutes from my place.... so, if anyone wants to give it a try (pricematching) and it works, please do let us know .... better yet, scan us a receipt -D

You won't be able to price match close out prices. Stores that pricematch items only do so on sale prices, not on clearance. If you bring in a receipt or maybe a sticker, you might be able to convince them it's a sale price, but don't mention it's getting clearanced out or they won't honor it. Good luck!
 
Yeah, ditto on the MSN Dollars 🙂. I should of bought more.

The list should probably be updated with this information: Anyone looking for SSX Tricky, BestBuy has it for $9.99 now. I called them yesterday and they quoted me that, when I went there today the stickers said $14.99, it rang up as 14.99, but when asked, they called the back and they were supposed to be $9.99, so be sure to ask.

Also my KMart has Interact S-Video cables on sale for $6, so if you're looking for those try your KMart.

Also also, I think this thread should refocus itself, and people should only post news regarding NEW games and ditch anything that is not readily available to the general public such as MSN Dollars. Am I being too rash? What does everyone else think?
 
thanks to this thread, i went to best buy tonight and bought the mario sunshine pack, got metroid prime free, then bought the preorder for zelda and got the 2 zelda ocarina games right then for free also. sweet @ss deal

Thanks for the info on the NCAA 2003. Looks like they have Eternal Darkness for $19.99 also, so I may have to grab it from there instead of gamestop to save on shipping.

EDIT: Wow plus 10% off everything and free shipping at Sam Goody if you buy 2 or more items.

I am still looking for a deal on NHL 2k3. So far nothing. Seems like everyone is charging full price for this. Let me know if you see it anywhere on sale.

Kinda did suck that I couldn't just buy $29.98 worth of stuff and use the coupon, had to add another $20 cuz there wasn't anything I wanted that was cheaper. 🙁
 
Update on the problem I've been having with Buy-Rite Games:

Some history: I placed an order back on January 9th, was charged on January 10th. Called a coupon times but could never get an actual person on the line, and my multiple emails all went unanswered.

Okay, so I received an email yesterday saying my item has shipped, but it's been a month and a half now and what I paid $49 for back in January could have been had a week ago for $35. Hopefully, there won't be anything wrong with the shipment, but if there is I wouldn't be surprised considering how everything else has gone.

Conclusion: Beware making purchases from Buy-Rite. If you get your product on time, fine, but if you don't, there is very little accountability at this company, and not being able to cancel without a restocking fee (even if its been a month and they still haven't shipped) sucks too.
 
blitz 2002 and nfl2k are 9.99 at sam goody as well.. excellent padding for that 5 off 30 coupon and the 10% off/free shipping..

jeez and to think i paid 25$ used for nfl2k3.. that xtra 15$ coulda gotten me a mem card 😛
