So many things wrong with this post.

First off, this is a violation of the Nuremburg code.

"1. The voluntary consent of the human subject is absolutely essential.
This means that the person involved should have legal capacity to give consent; should be so situated as to be able to exercise free power of choice, without the intervention of any element of force, fraud, deceit, duress, over-reaching, or other ulterior form of constraint or coercion; and should have sufficient knowledge and comprehension of the elements of the subject matter involved as to enable him to make an understanding and enlightened decision. This latter element requires that before the acceptance of an affirmative decision by the experimental subject there should be made known to him the nature, duration, and purpose of the experiment; the method and means by which it is to be conducted; all inconveniences and hazards reasonably to be expected; and the effects upon his health or person which may possibly come from his participation in the experiment.
The duty and responsibility for ascertaining the quality of the consent rests upon each individual who initiates, directs or engages in the experiment. It is a personal duty and responsibility which may not be delegated to another with impunity."

Second, the vaccine does not prevent infection or transmission. This is verified by the CDC themselves. Since it doesn't prevent transmission, why should the unvaccinated get vaccinated?

Third, the entire COVID death count has been fabricated. Here is a Harvard MD in Illinois telling you how the death count is tallied:

This video is further supported by the following article, in case you claim that the counting method was only used in Illinois:

Fourth, isn't it amazing how the flu was eradicated last year? Democrats claim it was because of masks and social distancing, but if that's true, why did masks and social distancing not eradicate COVID?

Finally, isn't it great how illegal immigrants don't' need to get vaccinated? Almost as if they are immune from infection or transmission of the virus?

That's what I have to start with, looking forward to see your response.
I'll bite in 1). Who here is advocating forced vaccination? No one? So your whole point is a strawman.

Minor children under 6 don’t have an option to be vaccinated and older minors need parental approval. What are they, free kills?

Reports of death after COVID-19 vaccination are rare. More than 375 million doses of COVID-19 vaccines were administered in the United States from December 14, 2020, through September 7, 2021. During this time, VAERS received 7,439 reports of death (0.0020%) among people who received a COVID-19 vaccine. FDA requires healthcare providers to report any death after COVID-19 vaccination to VAERS, even if it’s unclear whether the vaccine was the cause. Reports of adverse events to VAERS following vaccination, including deaths, do not necessarily mean that a vaccine caused a health problem. A review of available clinical information, including death certificates, autopsy, and medical records, has not established a causal link to COVID-19 vaccines. However, recent reports indicate a plausible causal relationship between the J&J/Janssen COVID-19 Vaccine and TTS, a rare and serious adverse event—blood clots with low platelets—which has caused deaths

Over 650,000 dead in US so far from the virus.

You have been Inculcated to be proud of being a scientific illiterate, stuffed full instead of imbecilic political opinions. Are you a Christian fatalists who believes the end times are near. A moment of self reflection should tell you why. You have a death wish, one which you fancy entitles you to kill others. I’m kind of insane myself. Able to get the vaccine and haven’t, it’t my right lock you up in isolation.

I get your point, but don't ever use VAERS as a source of numbers. It's not trusted or accurate, as it's a unverified source where anyone (you, me, your neighbor) can report events. With that said, the deaths that are verified connected to the vaccines are much, much lower than what VAERS reports per the CDC.

Ugh I too hate it when stupid people attempt to discuss things with me. I simply tell them that they are not on my level and not even worth conversing with, and insult them for good measure. Feels good to be so intelligent!
Find a single mainstream democrat or health official that claimed the flu was "eradicated" last year. You throw up a post of strawnen arguments then brag about your PhD in EE, which is usually code for "couldn't get a job with a BS or MS in EE."

Also anyone posting about the Nuremberg Code in this context just exposes that they are a Facebook "researcher."

Great conspiracy stuff! NOT! It's false bullshit like this that doesn't help the situation.. You do know that most experts believe the numbers are actually under reported, not over reported, right? Oh wait.... mistakes happen, but it's not the norm as your conspiracy bullshit implies. BTW, where are you getting your flu number comparisons with and without masks and social distance protocols.. Don't you think masks and social distancing will bring the flu number down, or are you one of these idiots who believe masks and social distancing has zero effect on flu or COVID?

Man, this posts oozes of intelligence. I feel smarter after reading your post.

Do all of you not realize how low IQ it makes you look to insult somebody with a different opinion than yours?

I'm getting profanity, insults, etc, but not a single person has addressed a single comment of mine regarding the actual subject matter.

Tell me, what's the difference between your responses and that of a 13 year old on xbox live?
An opinion is one thing, throwing up false facts (conspiracy theories based on lies and manipulation) is not an opinion, it's ignorance and pure stupidity of lazy people.. or sheep who can't think for themselves.. which one are you?

Clearly moderators aren’t waiting to approve your posts as you’ve already made multiple posts. The moderators here also don’t pre approve posts, they take action when they see issues or they are reported.

I don't know why you would think I'm lying. The post I made in response to your latest is for some reason still under moderator review - it says my post cannot be viewed by normal users. Does normal users mean people without an account? Otherwise, you should be able to see it.

The president of the United States? Did you miss the memo on Thursday? Sure, it says "or weekly COVID tests", but there's a small chance employers are willing to bear that cost. For many employers, this is the justification they need to mandate vaccines for everyone in their company.

I already posted articles that claim as such. As for my PhD, I work in the oil/gas industry as a consultant on the engineering side. Just lol @ thinking electrical engineering PhDs aren't in demand.

As for your comment about the Nuremberg Code, why not disprove it instead of throwing an insult towards me instead (Facebook researcher, really?)? I would be elated to understand how the Nuremberg Code isn't' being violated.

That's what cracks me up about all you guys, I'm coming here with legitimate arguments and to date, not a single one of you was able to disprove a SINGLE argument of mine. You're just sitting here throwing insults like "HAHA OMG YOU'RE SUCH A IDIOT LMAO CONSPIRACY THEORISTS HAHAHA IT'S SO STUPID I'M NOT EVEN GOING TO DEBATE WITH YOU HAHAHA"

Who really looks unintelligent here?

It's lovely that you're able to label anything that goes against the mainstream narrative as a conspiracy. So many things that were "conspiracy theories" have turned out to be true. Vaccine passports? Virus originated via lab leak in China? Booster shots?

The flu numbers are straight from the CDC.

How about disproving what I wrote instead of an insult? It's easy to say "hurr durr you're dumb lmao, conspiracy theorist lmao, I'm so smart because I believe what the media tells me"

I'm just about the only person in this thread (from what I've seen in response to me today) doing any actual thinking.

You absolutely know that if Trump had won, the % of GOP vaccinated would be much higher and conversely the number of vaccinated Dems would be much lower. I doubt you'd see a bunch of Dems taking ivermectin or whatever, but no doubt in my mind the numbers would look way different.

I doubt that very much. It's just possible that if Trump had won GOP voters might have been slightly more inclined to accept the vaccine, because they'd have been in a more cheerful mood and maybe a bit less inclined to pick fights for the hell of it. Maybe.

But the same nutty conspiracy beliefs would still have been there among them, making many suspicious of the vaccine.

I don't see any reason why Democrats would turn against the vaccines. Unless you are implying they'd have been so despairing at the state of a country that could re-elect Trump that they'd lose the will to live and turn to COVID as a merciful release.

You should look into the history of some of the prominent politicians right now who were demonizing the vaccine when Trump was president. Making claims that they don't trust a rushed vaccine because it was Trump's vaccine, etc, and that they'd never take the vaccine because he made it.

Now, they're begging for the next booster. Can't make this stuff up.

The funny thing is, despite Trump endorsing the vaccine, Republicans are probably the most vaccine hesitant out of any group. That tells me they have the ability to think for themselves, at the minimum.

Quite frankly, I don't really side as a Democrat or Republican. I find the divisiveness pathetic, and see it as people pandering to their lowest basal primal instincts, like they would if they were die hard sports fans. The country should be coming together in unity trying to have an open discussion about politics while coming to reasonable conclusions on both sides, not insulting each other and creating a divisive narrative. For that reason I find Trump to be a bit over the top and abrasive, but I don't dislike the guy.

Exactly the type of response I would expect from someone who has nothing valid to contribute. Yes, sit this one out and let someone intelligent respond for you. lmao

You post a load of known conspiracy-theorist talking-points, full of lies (Nuremberg Code references are common sign of an anti-vax nut, as they apply only to medical experiments, not to treatments in a pandemic, and it's been crystal clear for some time that COVID deaths are being undercounted, massively so, not overcounted), and then complain about getting hostile responses

You are conciously trolling, right? You don't actually believe the rubbish you post, surely?

You do realize that everybody who took the vaccine is still in an experiment, right? Do we know the long term effects of the vaccine? It hasn't even been a single year, kindly educate me on how long it takes for complete data to be tabulated regarding the vaccine's effects on a human?

Tell me, when is the last time mRNA technology has been used on a human prior to these vaccines?

If my posts are such "rubbish" as you claim, why hasn't a single person actually discredited any of it? All I hear is blah blah COVID deaths are undercounted, blah blah your posts is conspiracy, blah blah you're stupid, blah blah etc

As far as I'm aware (and I don't really care, because it's not my country, and all Democrats other than AOC and her pals seem very right-wing to me) there were just one or two obviously-fascetious comments about not trusting a Trump vaccine. Nothing comparable to the anti-vax nonsense that has come from the Republicans. Even Trump himself, who has actually had the vaccine, has been really quite timid about endorsing it for his fans (he did make one half-hearted effort, which is more than I expected from him, but he got scared off when it seemed like it might affect the worship he desperately needs from his fanbase).

The insidiousness regarding Democrats (and I admire it honestly) is that they espouse leftist talking points to gather their followers, but don't really believe in any of it. Black lives matter only mattered prior to the election, the Democrats aren't even returning their calls now. Antifa no longer matters as well. All this talk of LGBTQ, critical race theory, etc, it's all a ruse that they go along with to sucker in their constituents so that they can gain power. It's always been about power, and I find it hilarious that their followers legitimately think they give a crap. Corporations are even more hilarious, they'll plaster an obese black purple haired trans person on their Calvin Klein billboard for example, when the end goal is ultimately just to pander to the largest fan base in the name of profits. Watching these politicians manipulate their followers to me is both sad, and hilarious.

Hell, republicans aren't much better but they certainly aren't as extreme. Trump promised a lot but didn't deliver, and a lot of republicans themselves don't really do much. I admire Pelosi's hustle tbh, she's making republicans her bitch lmao.

Vaccine refusal is an utterly irrational act, a statement of tribal identity more than anything else. It's like dealing with defiant toddlers, only worse.

As for stuff you can't make up, you just did. Link to examples of prominent Dems demonizing the vaccine when Trump was still Prez or it's bullshit.

Why should I post stuff to disprove or counter your manipulation of the truth and conspiracy bullshit, when you do it for us? Right from the very top of the page:

Mask wearing, social distancing and other steps to stop COVID-19 have also curtailed influenza

Your exact words:
Fourth, isn't it amazing how the flu was eradicated last year? Democrats claim it was because of masks and social distancing, but if that's true, why did masks and social distancing not eradicate COVID?

With everything you said in that very same post, right above that comment, you are implying thru manipulation that masks and social distancing ARE NOT the reason that the flu has been eradicated, (curtailing and eradicated are not the same thing), and implied that they are reporting them as COVID cases.. You just proved my point in my response.. You are one who does not believe masks and social distancing works. Yet you throw up the CDC website in your defense, which destroys your own manipulative argument because you are trying to say it doesn't work with COVID.

Facts are not disputable, it has nothing to do with main stream media.. yet, you throw up conspiracy theories and bullshit that has been proven false, using "your" sources of mains stream media that supports your false narrative.. the one factual web site you do throw up (the CDC) counters your own argument and says you are full of shit.

@tugofpeace Just want to ask if this account you are using is somehow a second account you have? It seems as if you are posting stuff like another poster on this forum used too. Just to let you know, it is against the rules of the forum website to have two accounts.

Feel free to check with a mod. I don't have a second account. Who is the poster you're referring to out of curiosity? I find it funny that I am somehow exactly like someone else.

I take it you want me banned, because opinions that go against your own, hurt?

Imagine how you'd feel if there was no censorship at all on social media platforms? Good lord, you'd probably implode.

By the way, hilarious how you talk about forum rules yet you wrote what you did in the other thread about Texas. I reported you for that one. 🙂

Biden said that people would be forcibly vaccinated against their will? Can you link this memo? People can choose not to be vaccinated, however, this choice will have consequences.

I already posted articles that claim as such.

The Scientific America article absolutely does no say the Flu has been eradicated. Do you not read what you post?

As for my PhD, I work in the oil/gas industry as a consultant on the engineering side. Just lol @ thinking electrical engineering PhDs aren't in demand.
Never said they weren't in demand, I implied it isn't a sign of great intelligence. It also doesn't even give you the legal right to practice other fields of engineering, much less make you highly intelligent in a completely different field.

As for your comment about the Nuremberg Code, why not disprove it instead of throwing an insult towards me instead (Facebook researcher, really?)? I would be elated to understand how the Nuremberg Code isn't' being violated.

I'm going to guess that you were never taught anything about the Nuremberg Code in engineering school, and more than likely had never heard of it before last year. The place you and all the other "truthers" learned about it was likely facebook or some other conspiracy pushing website. Which would also explain why you have no basic understanding of it.

If there was no such thing as your so called "censorship", then LinkedIn would not exist. Even if the creators tried, it would have failed wothout your so called "censorship". I really suggest you try to do what you do here on LinkedIn, and see what happens. Oh boy, you might even have Trump supporters telling you, that you are on the wrong website and your stuff does not belong there. I seen many people like you after the election, commenting stupid things on the posts by large corporate CEO's and their wife's posts on LinkedIn. I don't even reply to thir comment and just block them from my profile. LinkedIn has a much better and faster filter.

What makes you think I'm a Trump supporter? Are you such a low IQ person that you can't comprehend that just because a person is skeptical of an issue that happens to align with a major politically party, that they don't' belong to that party? Just lol @ your Neanderthal tribal thought process.

Also just LOL @ comparing LinkedIn to a place like Twitter. LinkedIn is a professional networking website, and in the workforce discussing politics is a faux pas. I'm not dumb enough to do something like that. Twitter on the other hand is full of anything from politicians to athletes to celebrities to pornstars advertising their escorting services as well as allowing the Taliban to post so it's fair game to pretty much anything, except for opinions that hurt leftist snowflakes.

Loos like there is light at the end of the tunnel for you it seems, as you are able to understand what LinkedIn is.

So you're so concerned about saving humanity at the start of your post, but by the end that humanity went out the window in the form of name calling...

The beginning of your post shows how politics have created the biggest issue with this virus when you state this: "FDA requires healthcare providers to report any death after COVID-19 vaccination to VAERS, even if it’s unclear whether the vaccine was the cause."

"Over 650,000 dead in US so far from the virus."

And yet the US governments has held China to zero accountability.
I know. The only rational thing to do was nuke them. I realize, too, how galling it must be to you, a person so patriotically willing to rationalize your right to go maskless so others can fuck off and die, but a count of the numbers and a scientific evaluation of what they imply is critical in determining real world risk of the kind egotistical know nothings can never understand. Sorry if I hurt your feelings but I treat you better than you know how to treat yourself. My words, unlike your ignorance won’t kill you. I’d probably slap you up the side of the head if it could save you from yourself. See, you just aren’t as worthless to me as you are to yourself.

I get your point, but don't ever use VAERS as a source of numbers. It's not trusted or accurate, as it's a unverified source where anyone (you, me, your neighbor) can report events. You know comically little of drug development. Tell me how you think a vaccine that is now fully approved by the FDA, went through a phase 3 trial with 45000 enrollees and has since been administered to billions of people is experimental. There has been more clinical data generated on the pfizer vaccine than probably any other in history, and Moderna is not far behind.

Just stop with the FUD, it's tiring.
