Second, the vaccine does not prevent infection or transmission. This is verified by the CDC themselves. Since it doesn't prevent transmission, why should the unvaccinated get vaccinated?

First off, the widely available Pfizer vaccine is fully FDA approved, so it's not experimental, quite by definition. Moderna isn't far behind, nor is J & J.

Second, migrants have the same basic rights as anybody under US jurisdiction in all matters other than immigration. They have the same rights of vaccine refusal as citizen mow-rons.

Finally, those same mowrons in the govt & big business still have the right to refuse if they'll submit to weekly testing from now until Hell freezes over. If that's too much, they have the right to find employment elsewhere.
