Funny you post this in bold large type when you are the one going around saying it won't make it thru the courts.. Of course, you think it is because you think the SCOTUS is going to block it... They won't! I will be surprised if they will even take the case.
They will absolutely take the case. They will likely combine both cases that been appealed to them. Yes i am very sure they will rule against this mandates.

Ruling is 2-1 on this and the other one they blocked mandate for those states that sued. The ruling is actually conflict of each other which guarantee that it will be taken up by the SCOTUS.
You are trying to combine two separate cases into the same argument, when they are two different cases and two different arguments. The one we are talking about here, that you spent half the thread arguing about, that it won't make it thru the courts is the mandate on large employers VIA OSHA (and the 6th circuit just proved your ass wrong on). NOT the "other one" having to do with Federal Contractors. They also can't be combined at SCOTUS because they are both based on different rules of the law, which means they can't be ruled together. Maybe you should stop arguing based on feelz!

That's what you said last time concerning the 6th circuit.. How's your stale popcorn taste?
Just because 2 out of 3 judges ruled for Biden out of 16 judges do not mean that SCOTUS will rule the same. SCOTUS judges not randomly picked and we know court is conservative. It's very likely that outcome will be very different compare to what you think it will be.

Why do you always have some long drawn out excuse when you turn out to be wrong? When are you going to stop arguing based on feelz, hopes, and dreams, rather than reality? So far the SCOTUS hasn't ruled against any vaccine mandate, so I wouldn't be putting my hopes and dreams on the only difference being federal, which is being done thru the proper channels via OSHA.. You also don't need to waste your time resonding with the same bullshit about OSHA winning only 1 emergency case out of... well we don't know how many since you don't ever respond to that question... All we know that there haven't been that many cases... You are like a broken record, being played on an outdated broken PA system in an abandoned school.

Why do you never mention that all of the mandates that SCOTUS ruled for been state mandate which i already mentioned before is settled in 1905 case. This is different animal, we are talking federal mandate which is completely different compare to state mandate issue which again i acknowledge is constitutional base on 1905 case ruling.

Why do you have a comprehension problem? Go read my comment again. I addressed that.
