So I'm wondering if Biden could issue an executive order for voting rights just before 2022 elections, not giving any time before the election for it to be contested in the courts. Hmmmm....

What executive authority/branch would allow him to do so? DoJ? Seems like a longshot, and of course it would be legally challenged right away with an injunction issued, meaning it doesn't go into effect anyway.
Even if he got away with it, which would never happen, do you want that president established? You don't think the republican's would weaponize it in the future?

Oh wait, conservatives hate when people vote, because they know they'd lose. This has been the play for 40+ years.
You don't see democrats consistently trying to purge voter rolls, closing voting locations, or making it illegal to give someone water while they stand in line to vote. Hell, Democrats try and and get *everyone* to vote more.
Why isn't election day a national holiday? Why is an election limited to just 1 day to begin with? Why not have early voting for multiple days or weeks across the entire country to ensure everyone has a good opportunity to vote in the first place?
The whole point of representative democracy is that everyone gets an opportunity for their vote to be counted, not just those who happen to be able to free up enough time on one specific day of the year.
this would benefit *everyone*. And yet conservatives routinely oppose those policies. Because they don't actually want more people to vote.

The way I see it the situation is hopeless. Republicans are fighting for the fate of democracy. It is only safe in their hands. If Democrats get power nothing but evil will happen. Democrats, on the other hand, see that Republicans will do anything to stay in power, including destroying democracy so each side sees in the other what the other sees in them.
So who is right and is it that might will determine the answer?
Well, it is obvious from all the fake election results that the Democrats have a majority of people on their side and the Republicans have political power far beyond their numbers if majority rule applied.
So is there anyone impartial who can see who should decide if Republicans should send their their own electors to decide who wins or if it should the elections should be held so that all eligible to vote and want to can have a say in it.
It should be obvious, I think, that it is the Republicans who are the true fanatics and will soon destroy our country.
I think, since there is no hope in politics, that Biden should declare martial law and send the military to make sure we have free and fair elections and jail the criminal element of the Republican party. Probably won't happen and I can't see the sleeping entitled masses getting off their asses and marching to save the country from a fascist fanatical party.

Fake votes you mean like all those Republicans in that lily white village in Florida who were busted voting twice for Trump? They will all get probation, meanwhile the black woman in Texas Crystal Mason who voted when she didn't know she was ineligible after being released from jail got 5 years.
What else would you expect in America?
That legislation would stop things like North Carolina when a court busted Republicans for racist gerrymandering. Preclearance would have stopped that bullshit dead in it's tracks.
