Really, my Congressman helped my family with immigration issues were having with my grandson. I've always received an answer to every letter or email I've sent to either my Congressman or Senators. I even had a face to face meeting with my Congressman in his local office.

I think you can imagine where such a letter to Pence et al would end up: "Dear Sir, my partner and I love each other very much, would you find it in your heart...".
