Nope, can't get away that easily, religion was one of the factors in the decline of the roman empire.

And it's spelled "bait".

Yep, the Turks of superior Islamic religion and civilization brought down the walls of Constantinople and an end to the Romans.

That and Christian barbarians sacked Rome. All three major sacks of the City were carried out by Christians.

I completely agree. None at all.

Of course because you HAVE to think that. If you didn't you wouldn't believe the fairy tales. Faith in religion only works because of the ignorance of it's followers. People following religion is fine if it makes them a better person but as we see, 99% it does not. It makes them arrogant and less accepting of other people/cultures/religions as is evident in this thread you made.

Not to mention that the Koran does say the "globe" and that it's not set upon a non moving set of pillars like the Bible but moving closer and further away from the sun.

I'd say that while Christians TO THIS DAY hold on to arcahaic beliefs, Muslims do in fact accept scientific finding, but they don't like drawings of Mohammed as a terrorist and for Americans, especially southern baptists and evangelicals it's more important to deny life saving procedures and hinder education than it is for Muslims, because, come on, they might be about 2010 years ahead of Christians regarding science but at least they don't have a problem with their prophets being depicted.

And that is more important than any science, everyone knows this.

I only turned your baseless statement back on you. I can do the same again with your response. They hold no weight so they are easy to spin. You can only come up with pitiful attacks that are misdirected, which shows yourself to be the ignorant one in reality.

Quite the assumption, but possibly not too exaggerated. Completely off-topic though, like all your responses.

Yes, evident in your posts. Not mine. Contrary to popular belief, this is not a bait thread. My link is to a calm discussion between a Christian and a Muslim with some interesting insight. I believe towards the end the Muslim was trying to point out that he was the wrong person to be asked because he doesn't know how to respond.

Every thread that has anything to do with Christianity has posts by you proving how completely ignorant you are of anything biblical or Christian related. The mass of that ignorance creates a gravity well that attracts satellites, causing every thread to immediately destabilize. Will you admit your trolling?

Wait a second, black people in London sound like black people in America? I thought they all had poofy accents over there, regardless of race. :hmm:

I'm willing to go toe to toe with you on this subject.

What you fail to understand is that you can't reinvent the bible just because you want to, hell, you don't even know anything about the bible, you just spout off ignorance in every single thread and then say "religion is about honest beliefs, not about text"...

In short, you are so fucked up in your head that it's amasing that you are able to write coherent sentences (well they are not always coherent but sometimes they are).

I have to hide my Brixtonian accent in both Sheffield and among Americans.

But beleive you me southerners from the US do sound pretty much like the Swedish chef to me and i just nod when they say hurdydurdywordymurdy because i don't know what the fuck that means.

Blacks speak the accent from the general neighbourhood over in England, they don't have any specific "black" accent, why would they?

Our indians and pakis sound like yours though, i think that's just them trying to speak a language known to modern man, they suck at it and that is why they work in customer service, you won't call twice.

I was thinking the same thing, then I realized that regardless of the accent I was still watching a video on Youtube about people "debating" religion. That's when I closed the tab.

A Christian would never create a thread titled Bible vs Anything. It's not a competition but of course you're free to do as you please.
