BFG distributes the Sniper line of mice (made by Razer), they only distribute the BFG branded ones. No, I didn't ask about a job there yet, although now that I have a semi-reliable car I may.Originally posted by: nitromullet
I luckily haven't had to RMA my BFG FX5900NU, but I did order a Razor Viper (distributed by BFG according to MDE), which initially came without a driver cd. Three weeks later, I got an envelope mailed to me - sure enough, it was the driver cd. Supposedly, they had difficulty getting the cd's pressed in time for the release, so they originally shipped them without it. I was completely floored when I got the cd, most companies' customer service has lead us to expect that when the sale is over, so is the support. A big thumbs up to Razer, BFG, and I really can't leave Newegg out of any customer service shout out either.
MDE: Did you ever check into getting a job with BFG, good luck if you did![]()
