BF2 set to 1024x768, 60Hz (its stuck there), all vid options medium, distance 100%, 4x AA, sound -> hardware, no EAX filters nor CMSS3D (usually)

The vast majority of glitchyness for me is server side. The game looks fine, but there's some pop-up I'd rather not have. When I unstick the resolution, I might see a hit.

Most of the time, the game is very smooth when I'm playing SP. Its hard to gauge MP frame rate because the game is so laggy online.

Tweaks R Us 78.05 driver is a must for BF2. Waiting for a nvidia 7 series chip to reach $300 Canadian. EA does have another patch in the works. It's called BF2 Special Forces.

I'm pleased overall, but definitely understand that a video upgrade would help.

The game used to be much slower when I was only running 512Megs of RAM. When I upgraded to 1.5Gb, I noticed that the maps loaded much faster. In many cases I'm still one of the first people spawning in new maps. If you have a decent system, be sure to turn your sound up to medium or high...it adds a lot of cool dialog to the game. I didn't notice this setting until I played for a month or so. It makes the experience more realistic.

Plays great, no lag.
 
Everything on high including AA, also have settings in nvidia profile all the way up. Resolution is at 1280x1024. Rig is in sig
