Better Not To Play With my Tumor

As you know I have tumor (very likely cancer) in my left side of nut sack. The size was originally about 7 mm in diameter and was hard like rock. After heavy raw veggy consumption for many months it shrunk to 4 mm and got soft.

I've been playing with the tumor (pressing hard with my fingers) everyday... it got swollen and got bigger.:$ Been doing this a lot lately for the last month. So I stopped doing it just a few days ago. The swelling went away and returned back to 4mm size.

I think playing with the tumor isn't a good idea. What do you guys think? Any doctors? Is it better to play with them or not?

I don't have health insurance. And my dental coverage just ended that I didn't use.

I don't have money to go see a doctor. I however, once I get some extra money, will do a blood test for cancer. Once I do that, I will surely post it here.
