Is there a reason to kill him?

Assuming your profile is correct, you are from Boston, yes?

I guess its safe to assume there are a few things you dont understand about hunting.
In most states you cant just go out into the woods and shoot whatever you damn well please.
The animal in question has to be on the list and it has to be in the appropriate season. You can only hunt certain creatures and only certain times of the year and only in certain zones.
You also have to be safe, which means (generally) no loaded guns in your car, red or orange clothing covering a certain percentage of your body, and you usually have to field dress (gut) and tag the animal right where you kill it.

There are any number of ways you can screw this up if you dont care about the law. I suspect he was nailed on a number of charges.

As for the fucking dead animals: I dont think we need laws against this. People who commit such acts arent criminals, they are sick little monkey's, and need to be in a mental institution.

So he's guilty of killing a deer out of season. They don't put you in jail for that. The fucking is incidental.

Probably the same reason for keeping sociopaths who want to unilaterally execute the mentally unstable around.

Agreed. Putting him in jail doesn't help alleviate whatever condition he has. They say the same thing about drug addicts. They should be put in treatment, not incarcerated.

I dont know how familiar you are with Wisconsin law (I am not) but in Minnesota serious, repeated poaching will net you jail time.
I guess in Wisconsin its one poach and one fuck and you go away.

Necrophilia is legal in WI. Why couldn't he have just found an already dead animal to molest?
