Best way to prepare stomach to CHUG a gallon of milk?

Well.......see..............me and mah friends have a bet and tomorrow I'm gonna chug a gallon of milk and make $20 ;)

So whats the best way to prepare........if not....they might catch me on video puking.......:D

EDIT: Ill try anything......drugs.....go hungry for a day......eat all food and no drinks......but which way is best??....

do you have to hold it in?


don't eat for a while, just drink water, since that will go through pretty fast and keep you stomach from collapsing.

You'll lose. It can't be done. They made the usual rules right? No pissing or puking?

EDIT: You didn't agree to whole milk right? If you can scam them into accepting skim you got a good shot.

well, u can try working out and stuff before, make u all thirsty and stuff. but i'm not sure that would work though...

Listen to what hammer09 said. Take skim milk if at all possible. The fat in other types of milk is what makes you puke. Best I can say is good luck. I don't think it's actually physically possible. Hope you enjoy throwing up.

Awfully stretchy then. (And I do agree with your estimation of the capacity.) I drink a quart of whole milk with my dinner every night, which means I probably put a volume of food equivalent to at least 3 pints (1.5 quarts) into my stomach. Chugging a quart of whole milk isn't a problem, but much more than that would get to be a problem quick.

Here is how to do it:

1 eat 3 cups of white rice
2 drink gallon of milk through a funnel

relax and collect your money...

So, how's that gonna work?
Okay, rice absorbs liquid, but a) not that fast, and b) it will just swell to the same size.
if anything, wouldn't that make it worse?

Well, as you can see from the 2nd link, apparently sizes go up to 2 quarts. And yes, a tummy is stretchy. Just not to 4 times the size.

First, lift the toilet seat. Second, drink the gallon of milk. Third, puke the milk and whatever else is in your stomach.

Ummmm, let's pretend there was a ;) at the end of nmy post shall we? The rice will absorb all of the fluid and then swell up many times over making his stomach look like a medicine ball... Not really sound advice, but the spectators would appreciate it. :D

make sure u take a dump before hand? i think it would be a lot easier if you're used to the large intake of liquid such as drinking a gallon of water a day. won't a lot of that milk pass through to the bladder and not just the stomach?

Ah, the old "don't throw rice at weddings, or it will blow up birds" myth. Does not work, since the human stomach will expell anything that it can't fit - he would just throw everything up.
Still, not very pleasant as far as experiences go.

i once saw a dude do it. 1 gallon of whole milk. had to keep it down for 1 hour after the first sip. he was in pain the last 30 minutes, and puked big chunks right after the hour was up.

Not that quickly. You could probably drink a gallon in half an hour (dunno, never tried), but chugging it in one sitting just does not sound right.
If your stomach would open up, and just let everything go into the intestines, maybe. Just imagine the size of gallon milk box from your supermarket where your intestines are. That does not sound good.

good luck! its impossible but youll have fun trying and your friends will enjoy the puke fest.

definitely go for skim milk, but the real problem is the stomach size issue. unfortunately milk takes too long for the stomach to process.

do you have to chug it, or do you have an hour to drink it in?

either way youre screwed :)

It's not like the stomach rejects large volume right away and in a safe comfortable and pleasant manner... The rice will slowly swell up creating a decidedly unpleasant feeling which will get worse and worse until.... bleah!

Yes, you are right.
That's when you stick a finger down your throat to accelerate the process.
Gee, I really hope no one is having dinner while reading what we type here.
