I need to get a paper notorized to get my girlfriend on my insurance at work. What's the best/cheapest way to get it done locally? Any tips? Thanks...

Any local bank branch. Call ahead to make sure the notary is on-site.

1) Look up notaries in the yellow pages
2) Pick one and go there
3) Profit!

And I'm not sure there's any other way to get something notarized other than locally.

Places like Kinko's and UPS Stores do that stuff too.

Many companies also have a notary or two on staff usually in HR or departments that handle property/leases.
Ask a secretary in your company, they usually know.

Did so, there are two, but my girlfriend is miles and miles away. I don't know them well enough to ask them to do it improperly.
Also, called my bank and they said they have someone there. Calling the specific branch to confirm that they will be there.
Thanks.
