I took home a bunch of tomatoes from my mom's garden. I don't think they're going to last more than a few days... what's the best way to eat them? Of course I always just eat them raw out of the garden, but I don't think I can eat that many raw ones in such a short time. I was thinking about getting some crusty bread and topping it with cheese and tomatoes? I want to cook/process them as little as possible to preserve the flavor.
