best way to approach someone

What's the best way to approach someone at the gym without coming on to strong?

I got to the gym all the time and my intentions have never been to go for hitting on women, but i saw this one and i don't want to be so obvious or I guess interrupt her workout.

do you think it's not a good thing to do at the gym.


 
Step1: The best way is to make sure you lift VERY heavy weight...or at least stack a bunch of weight on even if you can only lift it once or not even once. Then when attempted to lift the insanely heavy weight yell really loud "AAAAAARRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHH". She is sure to look at you and see how mainly you are.

Step2: Now that she is aware of your presence, wait until she is on a machine (be sure you can lift at least 2x her on the machine). When she is about to lift walk over and ask if you can work in on the machine. When you see how much weight is on, just laugh at her and rolll you eyes and say "that's all you can do.....pvssy" and proceed to lift a lot. Be sure to make noises while lifting and then walk away without setting it back to her settings.

Step3: Profit!!!!!

lol bunch of asses on here arent there? modeps said it right. just introduce yourself. one liners and "coincidental" meetings are stupid. if you dont see an opening (like shes reading something u know about) walk up and introduce yourself....BUT HAVE SOMETHING ELSE TO SAY

just walk by her sometime and say:

hi, my name is ___, i see you in here often and just wanted to introduce myself. let her talk and bam, convo has started.


don't engage unless you know you at least have a chance.

alright well i'll keep all your opinons in mind next time i see her.

most of the time that i see her its always on a threadmill or eliptical machine which i also use. never on the weight machines like some of you suggested.

In the locker room after workout, possibly in the shower... just walk up casually, perhaps see if she could spot you for "3rd Leg Lifts" as was mentioned earlier...
