just introduce yourself without one-liners or lying about yourself.
I totally agree and I notice she is very into coming to workout and leaves.Originally posted by: Landroval
wait till she is done working out -- a lot of women go to the gym TO WORK OUT not to meet guys (although some are there to socialize) -- and it's very irritating to have people come up and hit on you (or offer you manly weightlifting advice) all the time.

be like "hey i seen u around here a lot and i just had to come talk to you.... im (your name)..."
anything beyond that because i cant see the girl or know how old she is... the rest of this is highly dependant on her age and mildy dependant on her style.

You said she uses the machines.
Use the elliptical or treadmill nearby. Not BESIDE her but like one over. Too close and she'll smell your stink. Just make sure you can do cardio good. If you're like 300 pounds and huff and puff she might be a little concerned. Other then that just hit it off and introduce yourself.
I talk to people on the machines all the time (well, the morning crowd at 7am are a lot more talkative and cheerful then other times of day)

Since i started this thread, i have yet to go back to the gym and seen her, i probably scared her away already lol .. just kidding.
anyways going tonight and from what you all said this could be a crash and burn situation.
what are the chances of her making the first move... i say 0%.
